All offices come furnished with an air filter and no need for overhead fluorescent lights.

All Winding Path Collective members can reserve the Gathering Room, a 360 square foot space, at any time (24/7/365) for events, groups, trainings, get-togethers, and any other creative offering your practice provides.

There is no additional cost to use the Gathering Room for leased members of the Winding Path Collective.

Healthcare professionals who have not leased at the Winding Path Collective may rent the Gathering Room or the WPC as a whole. (Please see below!)

If your event is free to all who attend and serves the clients and patients of WPC members, please reach out for pro bono space.

For clinicians in the greater Richmond area seeking gorgeous space for clinical services and whole-person health retreats, the Winding Path Collective is available for rent.

You may rent offices a la carte (including the 360 square foot Gathering Room) or the suite (over 2,400 square feet with 1 Gathering Room, 5 breakout spaces, 2 stocked tea/coffee stations, and kitchenette). Please connect directly to tour and reserve your event space.

When the Gathering Room is not booked (with an online shared calendar for transparency), the Gathering Room functions as a 24/7/365 coworking space for Winding Path Collective members to complete admin tasks, work on notes, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and connect.

• Stocked quality tea and coffee stations with herbal and caffeinated teas, sugar in the raw, monk fruit, condensed milk sweetener, raw stevia, and honey.

• Expansive and up-to-date resource library, including a dedicated resource board for the internal resources of the Winding Path Collective

• Stocked and registered Little Free Library with a focus on whole person health, perinatal health, and grief work

• Air filters in all offices

• Filtered water for drinking in the kitchenette

• No overhead fluorescent lights

• Stocked office supplies including shared devices (printer, shredder, laminator) and usable office supplies (paper, writing utensils, clips, staples, so forth)

• Colleague camaraderie with once-monthly in-person coffee and ongoing WhatsApp community for clear communication & cross-pollination

Once monthly in-person coffee chat for clear communication and mutual encouragement. While we do cross-pollinate and refer to one another, the purpose of connection in the Winding Path Collective is less networking and more connection.

We also have an ongoing asynchronous WhatsApp community for clear and timely announcements, asking questions, and sharing referrals.

All social engagement at the WPC is optional and always intended to support, not deplete—never obligation, always warm welcome.
