


Free: Women's In-Person Peer Support Group
Join us in-person to connect and share with other women in their 20’s, 30’s, & 40’s navigating life-altering loss. This peer support group is not therapy—it is a space to be authentic, to come as you are, and to be with your grief just as it is.
Peer support group format:
- 10 minutes journaling/writing (or sitting and breathing)
- 40 minutes talking, sharing, listening & being heard
- 10 minutes guided practice or meditation (usually led by the facilitator)
Facilitated by Olga Montgomery, LCSW & radically compassionate women’s grief therapist, who in this space will not be providing therapy but will be present as a listener and as a fellow human.
We usually meet on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Yes, it is okay to be a couple minutes late. :)
There are 12 seats maximum in the room. Please register your cozy spot at no cost.
