


Free: Women's Grief Support Group
Join us in-person to connect and share with other women in their 20’s, 30’s, & 40’s navigating life-altering loss. This peer support group is not therapy—it is a space to be authentic, to come as you are, and to be with your grief just as it is.
Peer support group format:
- 10 minutes journaling/writing (or sitting and breathing)
- 40 minutes talking, sharing, listening & being heard
- 10 minutes guided practice or meditation (usually led by the facilitator)
Facilitated by Olga Montgomery, radically compassionate women’s grief therapist, who in this space will not be providing therapy but will be present as a listener and as a fellow human.
We usually meet on the 2nd & 4th Friday of the month, 12:15pm - 1:pm. Yes, it is okay to be a couple minutes late. :)
There are 12 seats maximum in the room. Please register your cozy spot at no cost.
