$240.00
sold out

Join in community with women of similar loss, stage of life, and desire to learn how to hold the pain of past pregnancy loss with the hope for that baby, while managing stress and trying to conceive.

This course is intentionally & compassionately grounded in the context and understanding that women join this course with a specific, actionable forward focus in TTC.

This course can support you to comprehend what’s going on within you and connect with others who understand beyond words. This is a space to turn your attention to your grief & grieving, at least temporarily, to help you cope with the pain and stress of grieving in a way that honors and supports your fertility & family building process. Join us to include all of yourself, including the aspects grieving & remembering past pregnancy loss, in your own compassion and your own care.

In this course, you will learn:

  • What is and how to walk with this form of ‘ambiguous loss’

  • About grieving non-death losses related to what was, what was expected, and what could or should be

  • Grief models beyond the 5 stage model, and how to consider which model works for your grief & your life in an intentional and actionable way

  • Skills & approaches for navigating social stressors & questions around pregnancy, small children, & family planning

  • Nuanced aspects of self-compassion in context of pregnancy loss

Courses at Voyager intentionally & compassionately do not include:

  • Therapy of any kind

  • Long sharing—questions sometimes need context, but no sharing during course

  • Discussion of any specific event of death

  • Unpacking of any trauma

Over 4 weeks, you will receive:

  • 2 hours of live Q&A with a grief expert who specializes in working with women in their 20’s, 30’s, & 40’s

  • 2 hours of education on topics and themes cultivated specifically for you, with your loss, in your stage of life, presented in compassionately short 15 minute segments

  • 4 hours in community with women like you who understand the complexity of life in the midst of TTC after pregnancy loss

  • 4 hours of intentional space for you to include yourself in your own care

  • Space to make peer connections over the course of 4 weeks at your own pace

  • Opportunity to participate in contact information sharing with your whole cohort for peer support and organic connection at the end of the course, to continue indefinitely

Course time: Sundays from 10:30am - 11:30am EST

Start date: June 8th, 2025

End date: June 29th, 2025

Sending you lots of hope for soft moments on hard days. Register your spot in the room — we look forward to meeting you and connecting soon.
