A 6 week therapy group which dabbles in different forms of art to express grief beyond words. This is a space to deepen your understanding of yourself and your grief, surrounded by the understanding and support of women just like you in their 20’s, 30’s, & 40’s ready to connect and care. You are supported by Brenda Bonuccelli, LCSW, to explore your experience through several forms of expressive art and therapeutic processing. No skill or experience required here, all artistic skill welcome! In this course, you bring yourself as you are and you are supported to practice different ways to hold, feel into, express, and talk about your grief and grieving. In this expressive arts group, we dabble in visual art like collage or mandala, auditory art like music, and verbal art like writing or haiku. (Not into a particular style?
