Free, in-person peer support group for people caring for others with serious and/or life-limiting medical diagnoses. This group shares understanding, encouragement, advice, and connection in and through the grief, love, difficulty, and complexity of caregiving for a loved one with any diagnosis including (but not limited to) dementia, cancer, COPD, heart disease, kidney disease, or no diagnosis at all.
This group meets at the same time and in the same suite as the Terminal & Life-Limiting Diagnosis Group at Thistle Community Death Care.
Both groups are completely free of charge and elevator accessible.
