Radical Self-Compassion Practice Group

$0.00

Free, online, radically compassionate peer support group for women seeking to cultivate self-compassion. Women who struggle with self-criticism, self-judgment, and a lack of relationship with self welcome. Many of us sought self-compassion when we bumped up on the limits of: “service to others matters most”, “my kid(s) come first”, or “my work is my worth” after a major loss.

This is the gritty self-compassion group for women of us who have experienced life-altering loss at any time, who are grieving or living with the diagnosis or progression of a life-altering illness, a chronic illness or family dysruption after a loss, or who have had an interaction with mortality that was life-changing.

This group is structured for cultivating self-compassion in this finite, imperfect, exceptionally human life and sharing ‘in the I’ about the kaleidoscope of feelings and experiences of practicing self-compassion in that life.

This women’s group offers space for all aspects of you and all aspects of your grief and life to be shared, heard, and supported by others and, importantly, by yourself. Kindle connection with other women also growing self-compassion skills and seeking support in community. Explore self-compassion with expert information and guided practices. No cost. Facilitation provided by a licensed clinical social worker and certified advanced grief counseling specialist, Olga Montgomery.

Meets second and fourth Wednesdays, online
Join from anywhere, no cost
